We at BC are keen on using a departmentalized concept to revolutionize the local beauty industry, whereby each service provider masters a niche, maintaining consistent service quality to each guest. Innovation, exceptional customer service and a luxurious environment are our pillars to cultivate the ideal guest experience. This departmentalized concept was introduced to BC by our founder Ms Shimilia B. She is a licensed cosmetologist who has worked in Miami for a number of years mastering her craft. Being very passionate about her vision, she strongly believes that success can only be truly attained through a spirit of excellence and team work. We believe in team effort because no great vision can be executed alone. We embrace members who are self aware and are willing to learn, grow and deploy their gifts and talent to be of service to others. It is absolutely vital for our team to know how much we value them.
